Waste Water Treatment Models

In K series (discrete system) package treatment plants, matters that form pollution are eliminated using balancing, aeration, sedimentation and discharge methods. Units and equipment required to treat waste water are contained in the package treatment system. Waste water is introduced through grill before entering the package treatment unit and matters that may impair the process and equipment in the further stages of the treatment are eliminated. Waste water introduced through the grill enters the aeration basin and aerated there with blowers and diffusers. When the aerated waste water is aerated enough the blower stops and the sludge in the system starts to settle. While the sludge is discharged upon sedimentation, the filtrated clean water can be used for irrigation, car washing etc. purposes upon being processed through sand and carbon filter. Blower, diffuser and other equipment required for the operation of waste water treatment system are contained in K series package treatment unit.

In S series (continuous system) package treatment plants, matters that form pollution are eliminated using balancing, aeration, sedimentation and discharge methods. Units and equipment required to treat waste water are contained in the package treatment system. Waste water is introduced through grill before entering the package treatment unit and matters that may impair the process and equipment in the further stages of the treatment are eliminated. Waste water introduced through the grill enters the aeration basin and aerated there with blowers and diffusers. Operation of active sludge systems rely on the provision of conditions required for the maintenance of vital activities of bacteria that take part in the treatment. Bacteria need oxygen while consuming nutrients (C,N,S,P….) resulting from waste water. When all required conditions are met, with the adequate reverse cycle rate it is possible to meet all required standards regarding treatment plant output water which shall be low enough not to harm the environment.

The Membrane Bio Reactor system allows the sludge settling tank to be removed from the system thereby removing the higher volumetric load in a much smaller area. The Membrane Bio Reactor System furnishes quality outlet water thanks to high ratio (approximately 98%) BOI removal, complete nitrification and proportional denitrification . The Membrane Bio Reactor system also ensures visible Suspended Solid Matter removal. The turbidity values of the purified wastewater are low. Outlet water with (<0.3 NTU) and SDI (<3) can be reused or utilized in watering thanks to the quality thereof.
