Reverse Osmosis Systems

Reverse osmosis systems are one of the most used water treatment methods. Osmosis principle can simply be described as the transmission of water from a less dense environment to a denser environment through semi-permeable membrane.

Reverse osmosis principle can be described as the transmission of water from a denser environment to a less dense environment using a high pressure pump. In treatment of well waters, river waters, lake waters, natural spring waters which have high conductivity rates, advanced quality treatment is realized using reverse osmosis membrane technology.

With the advancing technology production of fully automatic reverse osmosis devices became possible and reverse osmosis devices rose to the top level in professional treatment with high quality water production at the desired flow rate. In order to design reverse osmosis devices, water analysis shall be considered in detail. Design and efficiency of reverse osmosis device can vary according to different water qualities.

Reverse Osmosis Systems Models

  • ROB Series Reverse Osmosis Systems

Standard design of ROB series reverse osmosis units is made according to 2000 ppm TDS (total dissolved solid matter) value, with 75 lt/h-440 lt/h capacity of treatment. Systems’ operating efficiency is determined by making project specific designs according to the properties of raw water.

  • ROS Series Reverse Osmosis Systems

Standard design of ROS series reverse osmosis units is made according to 2000 ppm TDS (total dissolved solid matter) value, with 440 lt/h – 1800 lt/h capacity of treatment. Systems’ operating efficiency is determined by making project specific designs according to the properties of raw water.

  • ROSL Series Reverse Osmosis Systems

Standard design of ROSL series reverse osmosis units is made according to 2000 ppm TDS (total dissolved solid matter) value, with 3 m3/h – 60 m3/h capacity of treatment. Systems’ operating efficiency is determined by making project specific designs according to the properties of raw water.

  • RO CIP Series Reverse Osmosis Chemical Washing Unit

Chemical washing unit is used for preventing membrane blockage and making membrane long life. Washing period depends on raw water’s chemical and physical properties, system’s efficiency and flux according to membrane surface area.

  • FD Series Dolomite Filter (Mineralization) Systems

Dolomite is a natural mineral which is formed by presence of both calcium and magnesium in limestone. Its chemical formula is CaMg (CO3)2. It is an important rawmaterial used in road constructions, concrete manufacture, agriculture, glass, soda, paint industries according to its physical and chemical structure and it is also used in water treatment industry for post filtration (remineralization) process.

  • FM Series Semi-Automatic Mix-Bed Systems

Mix-Bed systems provide pure water with very low conductivity by removing residual anion cations at the exit of reverse osmosis systems with a resinous system in places where pure water is needed.
